The Laudium Jacaranda Residents Association was established in order to improve the lives of the people of central Laudium. This initiative is focused primarily on security and safety for residents.

The LJRA operates within the following area:

South: 13th/14th Avenue (boundary before Cuprene Street)
East: 13th Avenue and Jewel Street (boundary before Sapphire Street)
West: Jade Street until Gem Street (boundary before 19th Avenue)
North: 13th Avenue (boundary before Sapphire Street) and 15th Avenue (boundary at Laudium Primary School)
